-No cardio equipment- usually it is done outside instead

  1. One of the cool things about the gym I am going to train in...is that it isn't hard sell...I don't even thnk they have a line of supplements.
    Their philosphy is to make a difference in the life of at least one gym member an hour...
    This gym also has a Theater room where you can do cardio in a dark room....and toward the back of the room are basic free weights and benches and some machines for those that just aren't comfortable... I see benefits of both in home and gym workouts....

  2. I have never heard of gyms putting free weights in the dark! Very interesting (and hopefully safe)! Sounds like your gym has the right idea. This was just a blog to help people see what would work best for them!
