5 Low-Calorie Quick Snacks

-If you are craving SALTY
1. -Air popped popcorn
-Light drizzle of canola oil
-spinkle chilli powder, salt, and cumin on top!

-If you are craving CHOCOLATE
2. -Strawberries in sugar-free chocolate pudding

-If you are craving SWEET
3. -Bowl of rasberries and blueberries
-squeeze lemon on top
-a small sprinkle of sugar

-If you are craving CREAMY
4. -Mash 1oz. goat cheese
-mix in fat-free milk, chopped fresh basil and sun dried tomatoes, Salt and Pepper
-use as a dip for veggies!

-If you are craving something CHEESY
5. -Take a whole wheat english muffin
-sprinkle cheese of choice on top
-microwave or bake until melted
*in desired add fresh halved cherry tomotoes and chopped basil on top
